How to Submit Legal Notifications
For Publication in the Daily Law Journal (Published within the Dayton Daily News)
Select from one of the following three options:
Option #1 - Email
Email your legal notice to legals@coxohio.com and someone will respond to you within 24 hours regarding your submission and payment options.
Option #2 - Call
To speak with a representative about publishing your legal notice in the Daily Law Journal, please contact us at 937-610-7307 or fax your submission to 937-610-7303. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Option #3 - Mail
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. We will contact you regarding the legal notice. Mail To:

Notorized affidavits (proof of publication) will be mailed within 10 business days after the last scheduled run in the Daily Law Journal.

Legal notices must be received by 11am, two business days prior to the requested publication date. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Deadlines may vary during holiday periods.
Rates for Notice of Service by Publication
These are general requirements of publication. Your requirements may vary, however; please refer back to your affidavit for court orders. Notices will also be published online at dailylawjournal.org, or available through daytondailynews.com.

DIVORCE* | Published 6 Times | $190.00 flat fee |

FORECLOSURE SHERIFF SALES* | Published 3 Times | $330.00, up to 125 lines |
ALL OTHER LEGAL NOTICES | Published 1 Time | $4.50 per line or $63.00 per column inch |
*Rates apply for ads up to 125 lines. Additional lines calculated at $4.50/line. These notices are calculated on a per column-line rate. We publish at 14 column lines per inch. Rates effective May 1, 2017.
